Three etchings under one passepartout:

1) Sleeping dog and cat; A sleeping dog at right, in profile facing left, a sleeping cat at left, curled-up with its head almost facing front; a black mass of dense hatching forms the background.

2) The Packhorse; Landscape with a horse led by a man at centre, seen from the rear, a woman seated in the left foreground and holding a staff, also seen from the rear and a dog by her side, figures and horses walking into the distance. Numbered on the bottom right: 49.

3) Study of Heads; Three heads at right, overlapping and seen in profile facing left, another facing right, one is a woman wearing a cloth head-dress, the rear view of a man on horseback and wearing a broad-rimmed hat at left, some foliage. Numbered on the bottom right: 44.
