Three beggars: an adult carrying a child and an older child on the side, in a landscape. Signed with a monogram at the bottom right, numbered “4”. From a set of twenty-six numbered plates.

Originally published by Hendrick Hondius between 1634 and 1638 and further republished by Cl. J. Visscher in 1652. This impression is comparable to that at the Rijksmuseum RP-P-OB-16.320, thus belonging to the first edition.

[NL] Drie bedelaars: een volwassene die een kind draagt en een ouder kind op de zij, in een landschap. Gesigneerd met monogram rechtsonder, genummerd “4”. Uit een set van zesentwintig genummerde platen.

Oorspronkelijk gepubliceerd door Hendrick Hondius tussen 1634 en 1638 en verder heruitgegeven door Cl. J. Visscher in 1652. Deze afdruk is vergelijkbaar met die in het Rijksmuseum RP-P-OB-16.320 en behoort dus tot de eerste druk.
