View of the triumphal arch erected on the Buitenhof in The Hague for the entrance of the newly married Stadtholder Willem V and his wife Princess Wilhelmina of Prussia in The Hague on 9 November 1767. On the bottom margin a cartouche with the dedication.

Titled below: “Eer-Poort op den 9de November op het Buyten Hof in S’Hage Opgerigt door de Hofbuurt aldaar by de allerheuggelykste inkomst van Syne Doorl. Hoogheid den Heere Willem V. Prince van Orange en Nassau met Syne Koninglycke Gemalinne Frederica Sophia Wilhelmina van Pruyssen.”

Dedication: “Ten eerbiedigsten opgedraagen aan Syne Doorl. en Haare Koningl. Hoogh.en WILLEM V Prins van Orange en Nassau; Erfstadhouder en Admiraal Generaal der Vereenigde Nederlanden en FREDERICA SOPHIA WILHELMINA van Pruyssem Hoogst Desselfs Koninglycke Gemalinne.”
