The personification in the clouds above the four regents represented at bottom: Paul I of Russia (1754-1801), Francis II, Holy Roman Emperor (1768-1835), George III (1738-1820) and Suleiman IV [Selim III? (1761-1808)]. On the right background a Gorgon. On the right foreground a monument representing Victory.

At bottom the title in Italian and French: Il Trionfo della Religione E la Coalizzazione di Paolo I, Francesco II, Giorgio III e Solimano IV / LE Triomph de la Religion, Et la Coalition entre Paul I Francois II. George III. et Soliman IV.
