Two months after the death of the Saint a woman named Drusilla Fantini fell from a terrace – as shown in the picture on the right – and reported severe injuries. The Saint appeared to her three times and she soon recovered.

Signed below on the left under the chair ‘L.C.’, numbered below in center ’42’.

The biography from which this print is taken was published in Rome in 1745 is titled ‘Vita di S. Filippo Neri Fiorentino, fondatore della Congregazione dell’Oratorio’ and contains illustration by Ciamberlano and Giovanni Girolamo Frezza after Pier Leone Ghezzi.
