Bor’s “Oorsprongk, begin, en vervolgh der Nederlandsche oorlogen” published in Amsterdam by the widow of Joannes van Someren, Abraham Wolfgang, Hendrick en Dirk Boom between 1679-1684 [vol. 4 (1684), p. 10], and in H. de Groot’s “Nederlandtsche Jaerboeken en Historien”, published in Amsterdam in 1681 [p. 322].
