Manuscript on laid paper, total 4,5 x 15,5 cm. On the back some amounts of money and handwritten text in 16th century handwriting.In passepartout, total size 19,5 x 30 cm.
In the text: Jaer-dicht: Die op een leedere (=trap) loopen suel, stappen eest op deerste trap alsoot behoort, wie die rekenconst sel leeren wel, moet teerst vast leezen eer hij loope voort. In red the letters which correspond with a number, counting up to the year 1584.
Een jaardicht of chronogram bestaat uit één of meer versregels, of een korte spreuk, waarin de letters M, D, C, L, X, U, V, W, I en Y als Romeinse cijfers beschouwd, bij samentelling een bepaald jaartal voorstellen.
