Translated title: One of the fragments of the ancient plan of Rome, preserved on the Capitoline, which shows the plan of the stage building of the Theater of Marcellus / een van de fragmenten van de oude plattegrond van Rome, bewaard op het Capitool, dat de plattegrond toont van het toneelgebouw van het Theater van Marcellus.

Etching with some interventions in burin on hand laid paper, with broad margins; plate mark: 403 x 598 mm; total 558 x 793mm; frayed end margins, bottom left corner damaged, not affecting the plate; right external margin darkened; otherwise in great condition. Visible watermark.
