Used as illustration in Caspar van Baerle’s: ‘Medicea hospes, sive descriptio publicae gratulationis…’ published in Amsterdam by Johannes en Cornelis Willemsz. Blaeu in 1638 and 1639.

Etching on two sheets of laid paper, broad margins; platemark: 292 x 389 mm; total: 368 x 458 mm; state III/3; mounted on cardboard and in paper passepartout; some foxing, smudges on the margins, light wear along centerfold, otherwise in very good condition. Muller 1793-6; Hollstein 144-e.
