Half parchment binding with some wear, in -4 edition, quarto edition. Réimpression par H.C. Rogge, librarian of the University of Amsterdam. Interior in very good condition, some pages uncut.
Two parts in one binding: Catalogus Bibliothecae Amstelredamensis Lugd. Bat. MDCXII (1612) and Nomenclator alphabeticus Autorum Omnium quorum vel manuscriptae, vel typis expressae lucubrationes extant in Amstelredamensium Bibliotheca.
Provenance: Handwritten text in the front of the book: From the library of J.P. Guepin. With stamp of Eichhorn on the inside of the binding.
[NL] Catalogus van de boeken in de bibliotheek Amsterdam in 1612. Dit is een herdruk uit 1881. De oorspronkelijke uitgave, een zeer vroege catalogus, (waarvan nog maar enkele exemplaren bekend zijn) verscheen te Leiden bij Hendrik van Haestens in 1612. De heruitgave werd verzorgd door H.C. Rogge en uitgegeven te Amsterdam by Y. Rogge. Het boek is een momentopname van de collectie van de Amsterdamse (stads) bibiliotheek anno 1612, referentiepunt voor boek- en bibliotheekgeschiedenis in Nederland.
