’t Gerecht buyten Haerlem.

Composition in reverse in respect to the original by van de Velde. The plate represents the gallows just outside Haarlem, with a dead man hanging. Some peaceful cattle wonders around and a farmer walks on the path with his dog. Titled in the middle of the sky: ”t Gerecht buyten Haerlem’ (Het gerecht buiten Haarlem); numbered in the bottom right corner: ‘7’.
