Rare pamphlet concerning a sentence of exile of a nobleman named Zorzi Corner and his four accomplices, for the attempted murder of knight Renier Zen on the 30th of December 1626, by the Council of Ten, one of the major governing bodies of the Republic of Venice.
Aided by some gondolieri, Corner managed to flee the jurisdiction by gondola. He was subsequently stripped of his noble title, banished for life from Venice and his possessions were confiscated. In case of capture, the S. Marco scaffold would await him and his helpers. Any informer will be granted a reward. Dutch.
