Figures at a gate in a landscape. Title print of the first part, a series of a total of sixty prints with landscapes, divided over five parts of twelve prints each: “Amenissimae aliquot regiunuculae”. Numbered on the top right: “1” and on the bottom right: “1”. Republished by Pieter Schenk before 1713, as the address on the bottom left reads: “P. Schenk Iunior Exc. N.19”. On the tympanum of the gate: “Eerste Deel.”
Etching on laid paper, mounted on cardboard; plate mark: 131 x 200 mm, total: 151 x 223 mm; state IV/4; slightly browning paper, possibly due to the mount, some light staining on the external left margin, otherwise in good condition. Hollstein 232.
