Titled below within a vellum: ‘LA HAIE / Sejour ordinaire de la Cour Hollandoise / Par N. de Fer / A Paris Chez l’Auteur dan l’Isle du Palais Sur le Quay de l’ Orloge a la Sphere Royal Avec privilege du Roy. 1705.’

Signed on the bottom right corner: ‘C. Inselin fecit.’ (mirrored).

On a second sheet, joined to the map, the description of The Hague in 21 lines of text in French. This section is titled: ‘DESCRIPTION DE LA HAYE, par N. de Fer.’ Rare.

Etchings with wide margins, on two sheets of paper joined together; plate mark map: 226 x 336 mm, plate mark description: 128 x 188 mm, total: 525 x 395 mm; a restored tear on the bottom margin, otherwise in great condition.
