The title page shows a large tree in the middle with the title inscribed on a sheet; the title reads: ‘AMAENIORES ALIQUOT / REGIUNCULAE A / Cornelio Nicolai a Wieringen / Delineatae / ET AERI AQUA FORTI INSCRIPTAE / PER / Nicolaum Ioannis Piscatorem / AMSTELODAMMENSEM’.

On the right a church and a farmer carrying a barrel in the background.

The plate is signed at bottom: ‘CJVisscher Excudebat’. Numbered at bottom right: ‘1’.

Etching on paper trimmed close to plate mark, total: 137 x 200 mm; state III/3; despite some light foxing on the external margins, in good condition. Watermark with coat of arms of Amsterdam. Hollstein 327, Simon 71.
