De barokke kerk San Carlo Alle Quattro Fontane staat in Rome en is tussen 1634 en 1677 gebouwd naar een ontwerp van Francesco Borromini. Het is een van de bouwkundige hoogtepunten van de westerse kunstgeschiedenis. Vanwege de kleine omvang staat de kerk ook wel bekend als San Carlino.
