On the top left the coat of arms of the county of Holland; on the top right the coat of arms of the Wieringerwaard. On the bottom right a cartouche with a scale stick: Geestmeer ambochts binnebanse rods yder van xy foot. To the right of it another cartouche with title and description and a cartouche with explanation.
The map was designed in 1611. The coat of arms of the board of the polder suggest that this impression was published between 1741 and 1744.
