On verso collectors’marks: Gustav Friedrich Konstantin Parthey (1798-1872) (L. 2014), the famous collector of Hollar.

Etching on laid paper, trimmed within plate mark; total: 126 x 182 mm; state I/2; repaired tear on the left; traces of previous mounting on verso. Pennington 2130.
