After a portrait by Van Dyck painted in 1634, formerly in the collection of Charles I and now in the Gemäldegalerie, Staatliche Museen, Berlin.

Lettered below: ‘Franciscus Thomas De Savoia Dei Gratia Princeps / De Carignen Serenissimus Exercitus Catholici In Belgio / Summus Prefectus’ and with production details ‘Ant. Van Dijck Pinxit – P. Soutman Effigiavit et Excud – Cum Privil. Sa. Cae. M. – I. Louijs Sculpsit.’
