Buy with trust
1. You can order an item by selecting the item, placing it into the shoppingbag and finishing the order process. You can do this once or make an account, which makes it easier the next time you order.
2. You can always contact us if you do not want to order online, you can also order by email (email@example.com) or phone (0031-70-7439080).
3. Payment through the webshop is possible by Ideal, Credit Card or Paypal. If you would like to pay differently, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone (0031-70-7439080).
4. During your order you can fill in the wanted invoice- and delivery address. It is also possible to give an item as a present by informing us of the address details of the lucky one. We can also add a personal note.
5. After receipt of the order and payment, the item will usually be shipped within one (1) working day. If the item is in our wharehouse in Haarlem, a delay of shipment is possible. You can also pick up the item in the Balistraat 81B (see further under 7). You will receive a tracking code of DPD or Postnl to follow your shipment.
6. Sending costs within the Netherlands (without the islands) are for a normal package EUR 8,15. If the package is heavier you will receive a notice.
7. You can also pick up your order at Balistraat 81B, 2585 XN Den Haag. We are open on Saturdays from 14.00 to 17.00 and by appointment. You can also visit us to look for items, information and take-aways.
8. Your order can be annulled if it has not been shipped yet. Please contact us by email (email@example.com) or phone (0031-70-7439080).
9. Check directly after receipt of your order if the order is undamaged and complete. When the item is damages or something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (0031-70-7439080).
10. When the product, for whatever reason, does not satisfy you, you can return the item to us. This should be done within 14 days after receipt of the (last) product. The product should be send back undamaged and in original package to Antiquariaat Arine van der Steur, Balistraat 81B 2585XN Den Haag, the Netherlands. The product should be combined with a filled in returnform. A model of this form is attached at the bottum of this text, or can be DOWNLOADED here.
11. After receipt of the product, Antiquariaat Arine van der Steur will pay the amount back to you withing 14 days. This is including shipment costs, unless only a part of the order is send back.
12. Antiquariaat Arine van der Steur always tries to sell products of high quality. If you have any remarks or complaints, please contact us. If a complaint cannot be solved by us, you can serve a complaint at the Nederlandse Vereeniging van Antiquaren, Nvva.nl. If the complaint has not been solved after three months or filing the complaint, the dispute can be brought to the Geschillencommissie Webshop, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP te Den Haag (www.sgc.nl).
